Four people, six-week engagements, no tools sold
We sell an answer and the queries behind it. We do not sell software and we do not stay.
Visualize has been four people since 2018, working with companies that already collect plenty and act on very little. Engagements are six weeks and fixed price, and end with a document rather than a licence.
About a quarter of engagements stop in week two because the data cannot bear the question. We say so, charge for the two weeks and not the six, and tell you what you would need to collect to ask it properly next year.
Every number we hand over comes with how confident we are and how it can be gamed. A measure without a stated way of being gamed will be gamed, usually within two quarters and usually by somebody acting reasonably.

Who does the work
Dr Anthony Reece
Statistician. Writes the confidence intervals and refuses the dashboard requests.
Simone Barnett
Reads what you actually collect in week one and decides whether the question is answerable.
Kofi Anderson
Does the work and teaches your team to do it afterwards, which is the point.
Petra Lyn
Turns a paragraph into one sentence, which is most of the value in the first meeting.
What clients say
Read all the reviewsThey stopped in week two and charged for two weeks rather than six.
Two numbers and the queries. Our last consultants left a dashboard nobody opened.
Every figure came with a confidence interval and how it could be gamed.
They genuinely will not build you a dashboard. Do not ask twice.
Write your question in one sentence and send it
